 Resource for Families With a goal that her book could become a resource for families struggling to communicate their feelings, Sheila Aron has donated copies of I’m Glad I’m Me, Weaving the Thread of Love From Generation to Generation to these three organizations for distribution to families served by each.  Harris County Protective Services for Children and Adults advocates better lives for children and adults in Harris County, Texas. ChildBuilders™ promotes healthy social and emotional development in all children and families. Through school-based programs and professional training, ChildBuilders works to ensure that children are respected, nurtured, and protected. ESCAPE Family Resource Center is dedicated to preventing child abuse and neglect by giving families the tools they need to build healthy and safe relationships.
