Sheila Aron learned the lessons championed in her debut book, I’m Glad I’m Me, Weaving the Thread of Love From Generation to Generation, from her most cherished educators - her parents, Lena and Leon Aron.

A Houston native and child advocate, Sheila Aron served on the board of The Center for Hearing and Speech and also supports The River Performing and Visual Arts Center, which serves children with special needs.

Sheila Aron attended the University of Houston and currently lives in Houston.
